Today Position:

• Managing Director of PNSensor GmbH

            PNSensor GmbH is a company concerned with research and
            development of modern silicon radiation detectors

• Design, technology and fabrication of  semiconductor devices
• Performance analysis of silicon radiation detectors as
• Active Pixel Sensors (APS) for X-rays
• pnCCDs for ultrafast spectroscopic X-ray imaging
• Silicon Drift Detectors (SDD) for spectroscopy
• SDD Arrays for gamma imaging
• Macropixel Arrays for X-ray imaging and spectroscopy
